Blend up about 1/2 cup coconut puree or chunks, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup mango and coconut milk to taste until you get that smooth consistency.
Pour into a bowl and top with fresh blueberries, raspberries, shredded coconut and your favorite Oat Cuisine blend (we used oil free on this one!) & don't forget a drizzle of honey. Serves 1.
